Our Team

Isaac Schneider, P.T., DPT

Zack is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is a board-certified, orthopedic clinical specialist. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, post-operative management and concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. Zack creates individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices to give his patients the best outcomes in the most efficient and safest ways.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and then his doctorate in physical therapy from Stony Brook University in 2019. Zack completed additional training through Select Medical's certification of manual therapy program to enhance his clinical skills and interventions.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, cheering on his hometown Detroit sports teams and playing golf.

Danting Ye, P.T., DPT

Danting, who has worked for NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2025, is passionate about helping patients improve their function, mobility and overall quality of life. Her clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, post-operative recovery and injury prevention. She enjoys working collaboratively with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support their goals and promote long-term wellness.

She earned her bachelor's degree in biology from UMBC and her doctorate in physical therapy from University of Maryland, Baltimore.

Danting enjoys staying active through running, hiking, indoor rock climbing and ultimate Frisbee and she recently completed her first half marathon. She has a dog and cat. As a foodie, Danting loves exploring new restaurants and experiencing cuisines from around the world.

Bailey Wilson, OTR/L

Bailey is a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist with experience helping individuals of all ages improve their independence, daily functioning and quality of life. Specializing in personalized therapeutic interventions, Bailey works closely with patients to develop practical skills for everyday activities, recovery and overall well-being.

Scott Johnson, PTA

Scott has worked a NovaCare Rehabilitation Center in Owings Mills since 2023. He completed his undergraduate degree at The Pennsylvania State University and received his associate degree from Carroll County Community College.

Scott was a former middle school teacher for twelve years. He enjoys treating a variety of patients from orthopedic patients to patients with neurological disorders. Scott takes pleasure in seeing patients return to prior levels of activity.
