Emily is a Syracuse, NY native and received a bachelor's degree in biology in 2006 from Syracuse University and doctorate in physical therapy in 2010 at Stony Brook University. Emily began her career working in outpatient orthopedics in New York City for three years, before moving to the DMV in 2013. Emily prefers using osteopathic manual therapy, and has taken advanced coursework through the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University. She believes in getting to the root cause of pain and restoring the body to optimal function. She emphasizes educating patients on their condition and developing personalized rehabilitation programs. Emily enjoys spending time with family, baking, crafting, going to the theater and watching college basketball as she cheers on the Syracuse Orange.

Rochelle was born and raised in P.G. County, Maryland. She earned a bachelor's degree in biological sciences in 2009 from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and doctorate in physical therapy in 2013 from Hampton University. Rochelle specializes in post-surgical orthopedic conditions such as hips, knees and shoulders, and is a certified dry needling specialist. She offers specialized therapy for those injured at work to help them return quickly and safely. Her goals are to give patients every opportunity to return to the activities they love, and for them to have the education to maintain those results for years to come. Rochelle enjoys playing bass guitar for her church band, watching and singing loudly along with musicals or watching MMA fights.

Yvonne spent her career in retail management for the better of 35 years. She is a people person and loves interacting and engaging with people. She enjoys making peoples' day with a smile, a kind word or gesture. After moving in with her 85 year old mom to help care for her, Yvonne chose a new path in the health care industry. She started with NovaCare in 2021 and enjoys the work she does and the people she helps. She is a mom of four daughters, has four grandchildren and loves spending family time together. She also likes to cook, sing with the choir at Church, watch Netflix series, boxing and NFL football, especially the Super Bowl. Yvonne volunteers in the community by feeding and handing out clothes to those in need.
