Patricia received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Maryland Baltimore. As the program director for ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation in Maryland and Washington DC, she also treats patients as a ReVital certified therapist. She is also certified in lymphedema and dry needling. She believes patients should have access to high-quality, comprehensive rehabilitation with an emphasis in evidence-based research. Her interest include breast and gynecological cancers from diagnosis through survivorship. She participates in various community outreach programs and enjoys spending time outside with family and friends.

Falguni joined our clinical team in August 2017 after several years of working in a variety of settings, including outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and inpatient rehabilitation. She has experience in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation and in the treatment of neurological conditions, such as Parkinson's disease. Falguni enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, reading and hiking.

Diana graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in biology and from University of Maryland Baltimore in 2022 with a doctorate in physical therapy. During her clinical rotations, she has treated various patient populations including acute care, outpatient orthopedics, sports and medicine, work injurie, and neurological disorders. Diana joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in September 2022. She grew up in Rockville and Gaithersburg and enjoys weightlifting at the gym. She also loves going kayaking and paddle-boarding on lake waters and food adventures with her friends and family.
