Our Team

Ashley Quail, P.T., DPT, OCS, CMTPT, Center Manager

Ashley graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a doctorate in physical therapy and joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in 2013. She earned her bachelor's degree in health sciences from James Madison University in 2010. She is board-certified in outpatient physical therapy, a certified Original Strength clinician and is certified to perform dry needling through Myopain Seminars. She enjoys treating a wide variety of patients, but has special interest in working with runners and weekend warriors. Ashley's treatment philosophy is very individualized, with each program uniquely representing the patient's specific goals in a fun, energetic and empowering atmosphere. She enjoys participating in community events and working with local sports teams to enhance performance and reduce risk for injury.

Jordan Considine, P.T., DPT, SCS, ATC

Jordan graduated from Shenandoah University with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2021. She earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Towson University and has maintained certification as an athletic trainer since 2018. Jordan is board-certified in sports physical therapy and has experience working with high school, collegiate and club-level athletes. Additionally, she has treated patients across a variety of age ranges, both surgical and non-surgical cases. Jordan believes in an individualized treatment approach consisting of a combination of manual therapy and functional-based exercises to help patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love. She is Barbell Rehab Method certified and is certified through Select Medical to perform trigger-point dry needling. Jordan has obtained certifications to treat specialties such as concussions and vertigo.

Susannah Coover, P.T., DPT

Susannah was born and raised in New York City, graduated with a bachelor's degree from Cornell University in 2003 and earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Touro College in New York in 2007. She has been practicing outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy since that time, working in and managing centers in New York, Florida and Maryland. She has worked with athletes, weekend warriors, geriatrics and young adults. Susannah has experience treating various surgical and non-surgical orthopedic conditions. She has been working for NovaCare since 2019 and loves being part of the Centre Park Drive team. She grew up figure skating and skiing and is still active in winter sports. She has a genuine passion for helping others and feels very fortunate to be a physical therapist.

Sajidah Omran, P.T., DPT, OCS

Sajidah graduated from the University of Kentucky with her doctorate in physical therapy in 2022. She is a board-certified specialist in outpatient physical therapy. Her passion for the sciences, movement and exercise led her to a career in physical therapy. Sajidah believes everyone is unique and requires individualized treatment. She uses an evidence-based clinical approach, treating patients as a whole rather than focusing only on their impairments. Her clinical interests include treating cervical and lumbar spine and shoulder pathologies as well as general orthopedic conditions. She hopes to one day transition to academics and inspire young physical therapists to change the world. Sajidah enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, playing tennis and traveling with her husband.

Joshua Johns, P.T, DPT

Josh is a native Marylander who earned his doctorate in physical therapy from University of Maryland Baltimore in 2013. An interest in physical fitness at a young age, and several years working as a personal trainer, sparked a career in physical therapy. Josh has certifications and training in a variety of manual therapy and exercise-based treatments such as Maitland Approach, McKenzie Method and Functional Movement Systems. He uses these techniques with education and self-management strategies to help patients return to function and independence. He has extensive experience working with the post-operative patient population. Josh enjoys outdoor activities, hiking, fishing, lifting weights and cooking.
