Our Team

Seth Heidlebaugh, P.T., DPT, CSCS, COMT

Seth earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Penn State University in 2012 and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and certified orthopedic manual therapist. He has a focus on sports medicine, including return to play programs, running assessments, movement analyses and the treatment of tactical athletes. Seth is also trained in the treatment of concussion and vestibular diagnoses. He believes that patient education plays a key role in not only helping to resolve the current ailment, but in injury prevention.

David Fadden , DPT, CSCS

David earned his bachelor's in biology and health sciences from Duquesne University in 2019 and his doctorate in physical therapy from Duquesne University in 2021. He is also a NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialist. He has a focus in sports medicine, including pre-activity screens, return to play programs, running assessments and movement assessments. He strongly believes in the value of patient education in need for screening and treatment to reduce the risk of injury and to be proactive in healthcare.

Jennifer Gordon, P.T., MSPT, CSCS, CLT

Jen is the assistant center manager of the Annapolis location. She graduated from Misericordia University in 1998 and started her career at NovaCare Rehabilitation, near her hometown in New Jersey.

With a passion for treating the cancer survivor, Jen enjoys helping her patients achieve their best selves in the face of adversity. She is a certified lymphedema therapist and a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation specialist.

She is a certified provider within Select Sports - Sports Medicine, and enjoys supporting patients recovering their pre-injury level of athletics.

Focusing on evidence-based interventions, hands-on shills and a supportive patient-centered environment, Jen creates an optimal setting for patients to play an active role in their recovery and to achieve their goals. Her commitment to clinical and service excellence is evident with each patient encounter.

She enjoys music, personal fitness, trips to the beach and amusement parks.

Kaysha Curro, PTA

Kaysha is a dedicated physical therapist assistant who is passionate about helping patients achieve their personal and functional goals. She takes pride in providing compassionate, hands-on care that supports each individual's journey to improved wellness.

Beyond her work, Kaysha is active in her community and enjoys spending her free time reading, hiking, and exploring new foods. A true foodie at heart, she loves discovering local restaurants and sharing great meals with family and friends. Most of all, Kaysha treasures time with her husband and their two kids.

Elizabeth Ann Petrosky, P.T., DPT

Elizabeth earned both her bachelor's and her doctorate in physical therapy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Having had exposure to a variety of clinical settings during her schooling, she is able to offer aide with stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, total joint replacements, ACL reconstructions, cardiovascular de-conditioning, neurological degenerative conditions and other post-operative diagnoses.

As a former collegiate athlete, Elizabeth takes great pride in helping young athletes following orthopedic injuries and supporting them in their journey back to the playing field. In turn, she is deeply passionate about assisting the geriatric population and aiding those individuals in coping with the natural decline in their musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiovascular health. Regardless of the patient population, she is a creative individual who excels at motivating her patients to reach their goals by finding ways to relate to them on a personal level and offering compassion and encouragement along the way.

JoAnna Haines, PTA

JoAnna graduated from Towson University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Looking for a challenging, active and engaging career in physical therapy she enrolled in Anne Arundel Community Colleges CACHE program, graduating in 2012.

She is a licensed physical therapist assistant, enjoying the ability to help patients reach their personal and functional goals. Most recently she found a passion for working with cancer patients and has pursued many ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation courses.

JoAnna keeps her calendar busy with activities that include her husband and two kids. In her spare time she enjoys, gardening, painting and drinking coffee.
