Our Team
Jamie Jackson, P.T.
Jamie is a physical therapist for RUSH Physical Therapy's Hyde Park center. She has achieved success in the treatment of lymphedema, sports-related injuries and shoulder and ankle pathologies. Her vision for physical therapy is to provide every patient with quality care, along with the resources and education to continue to improve their quality of life beyond their physical therapy services.
Kaitlyn Chambers, P.T.
Kaitlyn brings a functional and collaborative approach to treatment plans, prioritizing patient-specific goals. She enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions and impairments, including musculoskeletal disorders, neurological conditions and gait/balance concerns.
Edwin Merida, PTA
Edwin is a the physical therapy assistant at Rush Physical Therapy Hyde Park. His clinical expertise is in his ability to be creative with exercises and activities in order to obtain the optimal goals set forth by both the physical therapist and patient.
