Our Team

Jason Vickers, A.T., M.Ed, center manager

Jason has worked for NovaCare Rehabilitation at the Belden center for over 25 years treating general orthopedics and athletic injuries.

He specializes in and has a deep passion for injury evaluation, treatment and management of runners and swimmers of all ages. Jason has coordinated the medical coverage and served as the site athletic trainer of the OHSAA State Swimming and Diving Championships for the past 24 years.

He received his bachelor's degree in sports medicine from Ohio Northern University in 1998 and his master's degree in education in 2004 from Ashland University.

Jason is an avid runner having completed 28 marathons.

Kathy Arnold, A.T., M.A., Fitness Director

Kathy began her professional career 18 years ago. Her passion has been helping patients to challenge themselves in order to reach their outcomes. She prides herself in demonstrating two reps of every exercise she gives with proper form, while instructing patients to do 15. She loves to see the change in the mindset of patients and to hear the shock in their voice as they tell her what they are now able to do.

Brittany Blake, P.T., DPT

Brittany has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2017, with 9.5 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient and inpatient rehab settings. Brittany specializes in treating patients who benefit from TMJ treatment, vestibular rehabilitation/concussion rehab, gait training/balance training, orthopedic rehabilitation for all body parts, but specifically the spine. Brittany completed her undergraduate education at Ohio Northern University in exercise physiology and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Walsh University. She also has certification/training in dry needling and cupping.

Yvette Marmon, P.T.

Yvette has over 30 years of clinical experience. She has worked her entire physical therapy career in an outpatient setting. Yvette specializes in treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions including those dealing with osteoporosis, hip issues/dysfunction, women's health disorders, neck and back rehab and those in need of soft tissue mobilization and cupping. Yvette graduated from The Ohio State University in 1988, where she received her bachelor's degree. One of Yvette's passions is establishing excellent connection with her patient's which has lead to a great deal of repeat business and development of many friendships outside of the center.

Kaitlyn Dzuroff, P.T., DPT, A.T.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Kaitlyn received her bachelor's degree in athletic training in 2020 and her doctorate in physical therapy in 2023. She brings both her athletic training and physical therapy backgrounds to her treatment plans.

Kaitlyn specializes with sports physical therapy in the outpatient setting in Canton and on-site at Youngstown State University. She enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, practicing yoga and playing with her dog.

Ryan Mulish, P.T., DPT

Ryan Milush was born and raised in Akron, OH. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Akron while working as a personal trainer and exercise performance enhancement specialist. He earned a doctorate in physical therapy from The University of Mount Union. Ryan specializes in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, gait and balance therapy and is certified in dry needling.

He enjoys sports of all kinds, playing golf and the outdoors like hiking, camping, boating and fishing.

Theresa Stark, PTA

Theresa has 22 years of experience as a physical therapy assistant, 15 of those being with NovaCare Belden Village. She has always worked in the outpatient setting, enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions, she has been McKenzie-trained and specializes in treatments of the low back, neck and TMJ.

Robin Covert, PTA

Robin has been an employee of NovaCare Rehabilitation since October 2021. Robin has 27 years of experience as a physical therapist assistant and 20 years as a licensed massage therapist with a certification as a medical massage practitioner. She once spearheaded and managed a myofascial release and craniosacral program and also spent 15 years working extensively with a diverse patient population in aquatic rehabilitation. Robin is passionate about connecting with people and releasing painful muscle and fascial restrictions, especially in the area of pelvic heath. She loves learning something new every day to add to the healing journey.

Melanie Kosco, PTA

Melanie has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2021, with 28 years of clinical experience. She has worked in acute care, inpatient rehab and outpatient settings. Melanie specializes in TMJ treatment, cervical and lumbar spine pain, orthopedic rehabilitation and return to sports. She is certified in cupping and experienced in kinesio taping. Melanie received an associates degree from Stark State College. She enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her family.
