Our Team

Marty Ryan , Market Leader, Certified Prosthetist and Orthotic Fitter

Martin has provided comprehensive prosthetic services to the Fox Valley area for over 20 years. He is certified in advanced prosthetic designs such as the freedom transfemoral socket, otto bock harmony and other designs which offer successful patient outcomes for both adults and pediatrics. He received his prosthetic training at Northwestern University and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. He is certified in prosthetics by the American Board for Certification. He is one of only a few practitioners to hold the highest distinction as a fellow in the Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics, FAAOP. Patients are seen in both the Fond du Lac and Oshkosh care facilities .

Lisa Dobogi, Patient Services Specialist

Lisa Dobogai joined the NovaCare P&O team over 12 years ago and oversees administration functions including billing, scheduling, insurance authorizations and communications.

Judy Bassill, Sr. Patient Service Specialist

Judy has been a member of the NovaCare P&O team for 14 years and oversees administration functions at our Found du Lac, WI location. Wearing many hats on a daily basis, Judy is responsible for a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to - billing, scheduling, insurance authorizations/communications, and often the first face a patient meets. She's been in this business for more than 33 years.

Roseville P&O Story

March 20, 2023

We’re excited to share that we recently moved our NovaCare Prosthetic & Orthotic centers in Bloomington and St. Paul to one new location at 1891 West County Road C W in Roseville, MN and hired a new certified prosthetist orthotist, AJ Moriarty.

Our new center offers a large area for patient care plus space to fabricate, modify and adjust prosthetics and orthotics onsite. We are conveniently located one block away from the NovaCare Rehabilitation in Roseville and look forward to working with our colleagues throughout the Twin Cities region to provide patients with the care they need.

AJ joins us from a NovaCare P&O office in Wisconsin. Born and raised in Appleton, WI, AJ earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and master’s degree in orthotics and prosthetics at Concordia-St. Paul.
