Vandergrift

Sarah received a doctoral degree in physical therapy in 2019 from St. Francis University. She started for NovaCare in 2019 in the Pittsburgh region and has covered multiple clinics until June 2022 when she found home in our Vandergrift center. She has interest in orthopedic patients, from her own previous ACL injuries. She completed the Functional Capacity Evaluation course, and uses this knowledge to help workers' compensation patients return to work. She enjoys completing projects around the house with her husband, and many outdoor activities such as hiking, gardening, traveling and scuba diving.

Stephen received an associate's degree as a physical therapist assistant and massage therapy certificate from Butler County Community College. Steve started working for NovaCare in July 2006. He enjoys participating in weekend courses to better expand his understanding of the most current treatment approaches. He is an avid family man who loves spending time with his wife and children. Some of his hobbies include gardening, home brewing and wood working.

Cheryl graduated from Ohio State University in 1981 with a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy. She earned certification as a hand therapist in 1991. Cheryl's goals are to increase a patient's understanding of their disease or injury and to establish an individualized therapy program to maximize the functional use of their hand.
