Megan Smith, P.T., DPT
Megan has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2010, with 12 years of clinical experience. She has worked in outpatient settings. Megan specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, gait/balance training, concussion management and workers' compensation services. Megan completed her undergraduate education at Fairleigh Dickinson University and doctorate of physical therapy from University of New England. Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two dogs and weightlifting.
James (Jimmy) Algieri, P.T., DPT
Jimmy has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2023. Jimmy specializes in treating patients for orthopedic injuries, balance training and sport-specific services. Jimmy completed his undergraduate education in 2020 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2023 from Temple University. Jimmy is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys rehabbing patients and athletes in the greater Philadelphia area.

Karen Grammond
Karen Grammond recently had a knee replacement. Her therapy journey started with in-home therapy and progressed to our Swarthmore center. With the help our staff and her hard work, she reached her goal: returning to her work with children and cherishing playtime with her granddaughter.

Community Involvement
NovaCare Rehabilitation is a proud partner of the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, 76ers and Flyers. NovaCare also has collegiate partnerships with multiple universities which boast onsite locations to provide easy access to care for the faculty, students and athletes. These universities include La Salle, Temple and Villanova where we are the official physical therapy and athletic training provider to the student-athletes.
