Our Team

Carly Onkotz, DPT, Center Manager

Carly was born and raised in State College, PA and is thrilled to be treating patients in the town she calls home. She played basketball at State High, continued her athletic career at Dickinson College, and earned a doctorate in physical therapy at Arcadia University in 2011. Carly has over 11 years of experience as an outpatient physical therapist, and is especially skilled in treating sports medicine injuries, post-operative care, vestibular conditions and concussions. A long time resident of the area, she saw a need for highly skilled, one-on-one therapy in town and worked with regional leaders at NovaCare to open a location in State College, which had its grand opening in November 2021. Carly lives in Lemont with her partner and rescue dog, Ginny. She enjoys traveling, hiking and running. She has run two full marathons and loves treating runners as well!
