About
During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are taking extensive preventative measures, guided by the CDC, to protect our patients and employees who enter our center. Should you not feel comfortable visiting our center at this time, we are also offering telerehab services so you can easily connect with one of our licensed therapists through web-based technology that is HIPAA compliant. Contact us today for more information at 610-668-0904 or click here for more information.

At NovaCare Rehabilitation, we know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you’re injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help. We believe movement is medicine and are committed to helping our patients get back to work, athletics and daily life. The road to recovery starts with NovaCare!
Our Team

Christopher Slabek, P.T.

Chris is a direct access licensed physical therapist. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2007 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2010 from Widener University. Chris enjoys working in the outpatient orthopaedic environment. He has experience treating with patients of various demographics, including high school and collegiate athletes, non-athletes and the elderly. Chris believes in designing a plan of care that is individualized for each patient. He uses the Functional Movement Screen and Selective Functional Movement Assessment to assess movement to better help diagnose and treat injuries. Chris is full-body Active Release Technique certified, which is a hands-on technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.

Christine Della Polla, P.T., DPT

Christine grew up in northern New Jersey and attended college in Pennsylvania. She played soccer and lacrosse, and her interest in physical therapy stemmed from her own sports-related injury. She earned a bachelor's degree and doctorate from the University of Scranton. Christine comes to NovaCare with a background in home care, which provided her a special affinity for the geriatric population. Working in the outpatient sector has given her an interest in rehabilitating post-operative injuries, especially hip and knee.
