She has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation as the center manager since 2013. Karen strives to treat each patient individually to meet functional goals. She uses a movement system approach to diagnose musculoskeletal problems and prevent recurrent symptoms. She believes in maintaining an open and friendly atmosphere in the center to make the journey to better health more fun. She is working toward certification as a nutritional physical therapist and has a special interest in chronic inflammatory conditions including hypermobility syndromes and autoimmune disease. She lives in Treasure Lake with her husband and three children. She enjoys walks and getting out in nature.

She enjoys the outpatient setting of physical therapy the most, however, she also has experience working with a variety of patients in the inpatient rehab/acute care/short term nursing settings. Siena believes in individualized treatment to target each patient's specific needs while also providing guidance to give each patient the tools they need to heal themselves and get back to doing the activities they love. She is working toward a certification in manual therapy and plans to continue on to become a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy.
