Alonzo joined NovaCare in October 2006. He obtained his associates degree of physical therapy in 2005 at Harcum College and began working part-time while still a fire lieutenant. He was a firefighter and fire lieutenant for 25 years prior to retiring and pursuing his PTA position full time. Alonzo has experience working with patient of diverse background and throughout Philadelphia in many of NovaCare clinics. He enjoys treating all patients especially with orthopedic knee conditions. Alonzo uses a variety of treatment techniques including instrument assisted techniques, therapeutic exercises, and rapport building to achieve patient's functional goals and improve patient experience. In Alonzo's free time he enjoys riding his motorcycle anywhere he can, spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Dhruvi joined NovaCare in August 2021. She received her bachelor's degree in health sciences in 2016 and doctorate of physical therapy degree in 2018 from Drexel University. She has experience working with patients of a variety of backgrounds and ages including seeing patients in the home previously. Dhruvi enjoys working with general orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions, and general deconditioned patients. Dhruvi uses a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programs and patient education to achieve her patient's functional goals and improve patient experience. In Dhruvi's free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, learning salsa dancing and kickboxing.
