Our Team

Scott Foster, P.T., DPT, Center Manager

Scott earned a a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and doctorate of physical therapy from Temple University. He has a vast array of clinical expertise in vestibular rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and sports rehabilitation. Scott has clinical experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation hospitals including Cooper and Rothman Orthopedic Specialty Hospitals, and various outpatient orthopaedic centers throughout the East Coast.

Kerri Yacovelli , MSPT, OCS

Kerri has been working in outpatient physical therapy since graduating from Misericordia University in 1999. She has worked with a variety of orthopaedic and neurological diagnoses across all age groups. She became an orthopaedic certified specialist in 2012. She is responsible for student placement for NovaCare in the southeastern region of Pennsylvania and enjoys working with colleges and universities to ensure an excellent learning experience for prospective physical therapists.

Allan J Terciano, P.T., DPT

Allan earned a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and doctorate of physical therapy in 2018 from the University of the Sciences. He has had clinical experiences in various physical therapy settings in the Philadelphia area and surrounding suburbs including home care, school-based pediatric therapy and orthopaedic rehabilitation.

Melissa Waters, P.T., DPT

Melissa earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science and minor in strength and conditioning and Spanish in 2013 from the University of Delaware and doctorate of physical therapy in 2016 from the University of Pittsburg. Immediately following graduation, Melissa accepted her first job in the field as a travelling physical therapist, which she did for two and a half years. This job took her to Minnesota, Arizona, Washington and Montana where she gained experience in short and long-term inpatient rehabilitation, acute rehabilitation in the hospital setting, outpatient orthopaedics, neurological rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, vestibular therapy and concussion treatment. Melissa loves to travel, try new food and work out at CrossFit.

David White, PTA

Dave earned an associate's degree in 2018 in the physical therapy assistant program from Mercer County Community College and bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2011 from West Chester University. Dave's clinical experiences include orthopaedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and sports medicine, in addition to an internship as assistant strength and conditioning coach for West Chester women's soccer team. Dave's interests outside of work include all Philly sports.

Michelle Calvani, CHT, OTR/L

Michelle is a certified hand therapist and has worked as occupational therapist since graduating in 2000 from Temple University. She has focused her treatment on the hand and upper extremity, and has experience in orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. She specializes in splint fabrication and neural mobilization. Michelle enjoys post-operative management of wounds, scars and is focused on helping patients regain functional use of the hand.
