Our Team
Diana Guarinoni, P.T.
Diana graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. She treats patients of all ages with various conditions and disabilities. Diana lives in Monongahela with her family.
Jane Jonas-Homa, LPT
Jane has been working for NovaCare Rehabilitation in Monongahela for over 25 years. She earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. Following graduation, Jane worked for an acute care hospital in Victoria, Texas. She returned to Pennsylvania and worked for a private practice, where she saw a variety of patients in an outpatient setting, along with providing care in a skilled nursing facility. Jane specializes in treating orthopedic patients along with patients suffering from neck and back pain. She resides in Monongahela with her husband and family.
Jill Brewer, Patient Service Specialist
Jill is a graduate of Douglas Education Center with an associate degree in specialized business. She resides in Monessen with her family. She has been working for NovaCare for 14 years. She has thorough knowledge and experience that allows her to help patients with scheduling needs, insurance concerns and billing questions. Jill aims to create a friendly welcoming environment to allow patients to feel free to discuss any concerns or questions they may have regarding their care with us. A pleasant patient experience is her goal for every patient.
