Welcome to NovaCare's King of Prussia location, conveniently located in the King of Prussia Town Center, across from Paladar Kitchen & Rum Bar. We enjoy being part of the community and participating in local community events. We provide individualized care for orthopedic, pre-/post-surgical, generalized deconditioning, Post-COVID, vestibular/concussion and more. We work closely with local universities and elite sports facilities to deliver unsurpassed sports medicine care. Justin and Brittany work with athletes on/off the field to prevent injury with screenings and recover from injuries quickly.
At NovaCare Rehabilitation, we know that injuries are never scheduled, but relief can be. If you're injured, tired of having less mobility or experiencing aches and pains, let our licensed clinical experts help. Our Team

Madeline Jackson, P.T., DPT

Maddy has been a member of our NovaCare team since 2021 and is a physical therapist with a love for all things outdoors. She enjoys helping people get back to their best self and provides care based on personal goals. Maddy is experienced with orthopedic conditions including low back and chronic pain management, vestibular rehabilitation, adolescent and hypermobility rehabilitation and sports-specific injuries. Prior to working for NovaCare Rehabilitation, Maddy was living and working as a physical therapist in the Pacific Northwest, primarily working with active, retired, and family members of our military. In her free time, Maddy loves to travel, camp and hike with her partner and dog, Ben Franklin

Kristina Taguwa, P.T., DPT

Kristina has been a member of the NovaCare team since 2022. She received both her psychology and doctorate of physical therapy degrees from Widener University. Kristina currently works in both the outpatient setting and in the home, where she treats post-op surgeries, orthopedic conditions and balance deficits to name a few. Kristina enjoys meeting and treating patients with all kinds of injuries and diagnoses. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, swimming, reading good books, hanging out with her friends, and spending time with her family and fiancé.

Brittany Cirotti, P.T., DPT, COMT, CSCS, Center Manager

Brittany has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2010. She has worked in the outpatient setting and is part of the sports medicine team at Eastern University where she works with athletes, students and staff. She enjoys treating patients of all kinds and is experienced in sports rehabilitation and orthopedic conditions including post-operative cases, TMJ dysfunction, hypermobility disorders, adolescent rehabilitation, concussion and manual therapies. Brittany has a passion for promoting wellness and preventative care for athletes of all ages. She enjoys reading, playing soccer and hanging out at home with her husband and cat.
