Our Team
Aaron Salotti, DPT, Center Manager
Aaron earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2008 from Saint Francis University. He started as a center manager in our Ebensburg location in 2010 and moved to the Indiana location in 2012. Aaron is skilled in rehabilitating orthopedic, sports, vestibular and work-related injuries. Aaron enjoys helping patients return to normal activity after injury. His goal is to treat each patient with the highest quality of care and give them the tools to maintain and prevent future injury.
Marty Gearhart, PTA
Marty earned a physical therapist assistant degree from Mount Aloysius College after serving in the U.S. Navy. He has worked in our Indiana location since 2000. Marty is experienced in and enjoys working with orthopedics, sports injuries and off-the-shelf and custom bracing. Marty finds it rewarding to help his patients return to previous levels of activity and improved quality of life.
Stephanie Weakland, COTA/L
Stephanie earned her occupational therapist assistant degree from Mount Aloysius College. She has more than 24 years of experience in acute care, home health and outpatient services. She joined our NovaCare team in January 2022. Stephanie enjoys hand therapy and the reward of helping her patients gain mobility, strength and the ability to regain independence with their everyday life activities.
Amber Lockhart, ATC
Amber has been a certified athletic trainer working with Penns Manor High School since 2003. She helps in the center as a physical therapy aide. At Penns Manor, she is the head athletic trainer working with all sports teams, dealing with injury and illness prevention. Other aspects of her job are wellness promotion and education, emergency care, examination, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. Amber enjoys helping athletes return to sport and activity.
Bob Rupert, ATC
Bob has been a certified athletic trainer since 2000. He has worked at various high schools and has been at Homer Center High School since 2007. While in the center, he helps as a physical therapy aide. At Homer Center, he works with all sports teams dealing with the evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries. Bob enjoys seeing athletes return to the sports they love to play.
