Our Team
Matt Graham, P.T., DPT, OCS
Matt joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in 2009 after he received a doctorate of physical therapy from Chatham University. He is skilled in all areas of outpatient rehabilitation, including a wide range of sports, orthopedic and work-related injuries. Matt achieved board certification as a certified orthopedic clinical specialist in 2018.
Patti Rupert, Patient Service Specialist
Patti received an associate degree in 2009 from CCBC and has been a patient service specialist with NovaCare since 2012. Patti will help you work with your insurance company to verify your benefits and obtain authorizations and referrals. Her goal is to proactively respond to your needs and concerns and conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to exceed expectations. Patti enjoys spending time with family and being involved with breast cancer awareness.
