Our Team
Abby Churchfield, P.T., DPT, Asst Center Manager
Abby graduated from Alvernia University in 2022 with a doctorate in physical therapy. She attended Kutztown University for her undergraduate degree, where she studied biology and was a member of the women's soccer team. She has experience working in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation hospital, home care, and pediatrics. In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with her family, going for a walk or run and traveling on the weekends to spend time with her friends.
Julia Morris, P.T., DPT
Julia received a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2023. She graduated from Penn State University in 2021 with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. During her time at Pitt, she had the opportunity to work in outpatient orthopedic, acute care and pediatric settings. In her free time, Julia enjoys going to workout classes and running, baking for friends and family and traveling to warmer weather.
Shelby Schneider, Patient Service Specialist
Shelby has been a Patient Service Specialist since December 2023. She will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our intake process, insurance verification and authorizations. Shelby strives to make every patient feel at home from the very first visit. When not working, Shelby enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Donovan Sarnacki, ATC
Donovan graduated from Duquesne University with a bachelor's degree in athletic training in 2020 and started working with NovaCare later that year. Originally from metropolitan Detroit, Michigan, he moved to Pittsburgh as a student in 2016 and has stayed in Pittsburgh ever since. Donovan works with Steel Valley School District and provides care to the high school and middle school athletes. He is proficient in injury prevention, evaluation, emergency care, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports performance training.
