Our Team

Tim Myers, MSPT, Center Manager

Tim has more than 17 years of experience and has been center manager and treating patients in our Ephrata center since 2010. Tim is a 2000 graduate from Sacred Heart University with a master's degree in physical therapy. Tim is influenced by osteopathic manual therapy and specializes in the treatment of neck, low back and extremities. Tim listens to his patients and fully explains the recommended treatment and provides education as to the reasons why. Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter. He is an avid golfer and enjoys playing 18 holes.

Keith Kmieczak, P.T.

Keith has more than 24 years of experience as a physical therapist and joined our NovaCare Ephrata center in 2022. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in 1998 with a master's degree in physical therapy. Keith has completed two fellowship programs at the Gray Institute specializing in functional assessment of movement. He is also certified through the McKenzie Institute and has extensive manual therapy education. Keith enjoys seeing patients meet their personal goals and restoring their functional abilities. He enjoys being active with is wife and two children in the outdoors, camping and hunting .

Deb Crills, PTA

Deb received an associate's degree in the physical therapy assistant program from Alvernia College, now University. She has been with NovaCare for 14 years. She finds it rewarding to make a positive impact with patients and witness their progress with treatment. She enjoys spending time with her husband and watching him coach and teach young baseball players. Deb also likes watching their son play baseball and reading a good book.

Emma Sangrey, PTA

Emma began working at NovaCare in 2015 originally as a patient service specialist while going back to school for a degree as a physical therapy assistant. She has a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Penn State University and associate's degree in physical therapy assistant from Central Penn College. She enjoys helping patients and creating a positive environment for them. Emma enjoys being with her husband and daughter, family and friends, as well as taking her dog on walks, watching Philadelphia and Penn State sports and crafting.

Marissa Rabold, PTA

Marissa started at NovaCare in 2021 as a student and became full-time following graduation from Central Penn College. She enjoys assisting people in achieving their goals and working through the healing process to return to their optimal function. Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband and family playing games and volleyball, having good conversation and leading worship for her church.

Janessa Crills, Office Assistant

Janessa became a certified EMT through PA College of Health Science and worked as an EMT for a number of years in the Ephrata area. Wanting to grow her skills and move into an office setting, Janessa joined NovaCare in 2021 as an office assistant. She loves helping the therapists and patients in whatever ways she can. Janessa enjoys spending time with her husband and family, running and watching sports

Kathy DeBord, Physical Therapy Aide

Kathy attended Millersville University and has been working for our NovaCare Ephrata office for several years. She loves spending time with family, especially her granddaughter. She also enjoys hiking, biking, walking her dogs and being involved with church.
