Our Team

Karen Judeich, P.T., DPT, C.M, CNPT, LSVT-BIG Certified, External Pelvic Health Exam/Treatment

Karen earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2009 from Washington University St. Louis School of Medicine and a bachelor's in biology in 2006 from Juniata College. She has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation as the center manager since 2013. Karen strives to treat each patient individually to meet functional goals. She uses a movement system approach to diagnose musculoskeletal problems and prevent recurrent symptoms. She believes in maintaining an open and friendly atmosphere in the center to make the journey to better health more fun. She is certified in Nutritional Physical Therapy, LSVT-BIG Certified for treatment of Parkinson's and other neurological diseases, certified in WorkSavers & WORKSTEPS Post Offer Employment Testing, and Functional Capacity Evaluation. She has special interest in chronic inflammatory conditions, including hypermobility syndromes and autoimmune diseases. She lives in Treasure Lake with her husband and three children. She enjoys walks and nature.

Lisa Catarouche, PTA

Lisa is a 1996 graduate of Penn State Dubois with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant. Primarily working in the outpatient setting throughout her career, Lisa enjoys working with patients of all ages and seeing them return to work, sports and recreational activities. After working per diem in the past, Lisa became a full time member of our team in 2017. She is from Punxsutawney and returned to the area in 2007 to raise her family. Their four children keep Lisa and her husband busy with activities and they all enjoy spending time riding UTV/ATV's in the woods. She loves to travel and plan trips.

Cathrine Fyock, PTA, Patient Service Specialist

Cathy is a 2013 graduate of Penn State Dubois with an associate's degree as a physical therapist assistant. Prior to that, Cathy worked as a medical receptionist at the local hospital and numerous physician practices in the area of seven years. She also has experience as a physical therapy assistant at local long-term care facilities. She started at NovaCare in Brockway in 2018 and joined full-time in Dubois later that year. She enjoys keeping the patients smiling and helping to get them back to doing the things they love.
