Our Team
Jennifer Hogue, MPT, Center Manager
Jen has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 1997, with over 25 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient and home health settings. Jen specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine services, gait/ balance and concussion management. Jen completed her undergraduate education at Penn State University and received a master's degree in physical therapy from Chatham University. She also has a direct access certification, allowing her to see patients without a physician's referral. Jen and her husband enjoy spending time with their two sons, watching competitive soccer and supporting Virginia Tech Hokies.
Natalie Crooks, Patient Service Specialist
Natalie joined the NovaCare team May 2023. She greets every patient with a smile, a job she has always wanted to have. Natalie loves watching patients grow and achieve their goals. She enjoys crafting, kayaking and going to yard sales with friends and family.
