Our Team
Sara Colley, DPT, SCS, CMP
Sara earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2011 from Duquesne University, became a sports certified specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2014 and a certified Mulligan practitioner in 2019. She has been the center manager in NovaCare's Carnegie location since 2015. Her goal is to provide a positive patient experience where each individual is able to reach their highest potential and establish confidence managing their condition. Sara enjoys backpacking, mountain biking and spending time with her friends and family.
Joanne Barron, Patient Service Specialist
Joanne has been working as a patient service specialist for NovaCare Rehabilitation in Carnegie since 2014. Prior to joining NovaCare, Joanne worked for almost 30 years as a newspaper reporter with a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She enjoys interacting with patients and co-workers and has made herself a home with the NovaCare family, just recently being promoted to senior patient service specialist.
