Butler Bon Aire

Jeff oversees several centers in Butler and surrounding areas, where he is responsible for staff recruitment and development, operational growth and market expansion. He completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Duquesne University, and has been a member of the NovaCare team since 2004. He specializes in the treatment of post-operative conditions of the shoulder and knee, concussions, and work-related injuries. He has worked with several notable sports organizations throughout his career, such as the Pittsburgh Steelers and Central Penn Piranha Semi-Professional Football Team. Jeff is a an avid musician and DJ, and performs frequently throughout PA and surrounding states.

Zach has been a physical therapist assistant with NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2013. Throughout his tenure with NovaCare, has had the opportunity to work in multiple centers throughout western PA gaining valuable knowledge with a variety of clinical specialists. Zach delivers comprehensive, individualized patient care, and takes personal pride in providing optimal patient outcomes. He is a certified specialist in the treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease through the LSVT BIG program, and provides clinical care for multiple community events and races throughout the Butler area. Zach enjoys spending time with family, hiking and gardening.

Denise has been a physical therapist assistant with the NovaCare team since 1998, where she has worked with patients of all ages and diagnoses. She takes great pride in her ability to treat geriatric patients, pediatric patients and athletes. She has been certified as a massage therapist, and uses a hands-on approach to patient care. She enjoys spending time with family and vacationing in Jamaica with her husband.

Kristin has been a physical therapist assistant with NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2021. She earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Slippery Rock University and an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant from Penn State University. She began her NovaCare journey in the Mercer and Grove City centers before joining the Butler staff in 2022. She has worked with different populations, and continues to have a passion working with pediatric patients and high school athletes. She enjoys time with family, exercising and reading.
