Our Team

Brian May, MPT, DAC, Center Manager

Brian has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2002 with over 20 years of clinical experience. Brian specializes in orthopedics, acute injuries, chronic injuries and pre/post surgical rehab. Brian completed his undergraduate education at Lock Haven University and received his masters of physical therapy from Gannon University in 2002. He also has certification/training in direct access. Brian and his wife, Leigh Anne, have two children and reside in Brockway.

Alena Brosky-Buffone, PTA

Alena is a 2016 graduate of Brockway High School and was a Junior/Senior Councilman for the local borough. Alena attended Butler Community College and majored in physical therapy in their physical therapist assistant program, from which she graduated in 2019 as class president with honors. Alena has been affiliated with NovaCare Rehabilitation since she was a teenager, first as a patient, then as a student during her clinical studies. She started in her position as PTA/Patient Service Specialist in August 2019. Alena resides in Brockway with her husband, Wesley, and their two dogs, Oakley and Babe.
