Our Team

Jenna Fulmer, DPT, Center Manager

Jenna received a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2008 from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a doctorate of physical therapy in 2011 from St. Catherine University. Jenna has been an employee of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2013 and is the center manager of our center in Bentleyville. She is a treating therapist skilled in rehabilitating a wide range of sports, orthopedic and work-related injuries.

Jeff Becka, PTA

Jeff has been with NovaCare since 2001. He graduated from California University of Pennsylvania where he earned a degree as a physical therapy assistant. He specializes in treating disorders of the knee and shoulder. Jeff enjoys working on his classic cars and being with his wife at antique fairs.

Debra Puskarich, Patient Service Specialist

Debra has been with NovaCare's Bentleyville team since 2001. She has thorough knowledge and experience in patient services and serving as a liaison between the physicians and their staff, insurance companies and billing offices. Debbie enjoys reading and being with her family and pets.

Jessica Lawrence, O.T.

Jessica received her master's degree in occupational therapy in 2013 from Bay Path University. She has a diverse background from working in a variety of settings and has been working with NovaCare since 2021 as a hand therapist at the Bentleyville, Washington and Waynesburg centers. She enjoys working with any and all disabilities/injuries to the upper extremity. In her free time, she can be found spending time with her family, travelling or enjoying the outdoors!

Jessica Godoy, LAT, ATC

Jessica pursued her bachelor's degree in athletic training from Montclair State University. She previously worked as a medical assistant at the New Jersey Orthopedic Institute until she decided to further her education in health programming and promotion in 2020 at the University of Pittsburgh. Jessica began working with NovaCare in August 2021 and is currently the head athletic trainer for the Bentworth School District. Jessica enjoys spontaneous outdoor adventures, spending time with family and friends and instructing a variety of fitness classes to help others reach their physical goals.

Julia Bizik, M.S., LAT, ATC

Julia is a 2020 graduate of Waynesburg University where she earned her bachelor's degree in athletic training with a minor in exercise science. She is a 2021 graduate from West Virginia Wesleyan College where she earned her master's degree in athletic training. She began working with NovaCare in July of 2022 and works in the clinical and school setting. Julia is currently the head athletic trainer at Bethlehem Center School District. Julia enjoys spending time with her two cats.

Catie Tomaino, M.S., ATC

Catie serves as the athletic trainer to California Area School District. She earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science, concentrated in athletic training, in 2004 from The University of Pittsburgh and master's degree in athletic training in 2005 from The California University of Pennsylvania. Throughout her undergraduate career as a student athletic trainer, Catie worked with various varsity college teams. While completing her graduate degree, she fulfilled the role of graduate assistant athletic trainer for CalU's Women's Volleyball and Softball teams. She worked as head athletic trainer for Bethlehem Center School District for 15 years before moving into the California School District in 2020. She also works out of the Bentleyville and California NovaCare Rehabilitation offices. She has two children and she enjoys exploring nature with her family and American Bulldog, exercising, swimming and playing sports.
