Tara has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2011 starting out as a patient service specialist, then she became a physical therapist starting in 2015. She has worked in outpatient and home health settings. Tara has her strength and conditioning certification and has experience treating young athletes with sports-related injuries, including concussions. Tara also has a certification in running gait analysis and helps treat runners of all levels achieve their goals. Aside from sports-related injuries, she also has experience in treating older adults with balance disorders. Tara completed her undergraduate education at Penn State University with a degree in kinesiology in 2011 and then went on to complete her doctorate degree at University of the Sciences of Philadelphia in 2015. Recreationally, Tara is an avid runner completing many distances from 5ks to marathons and also enjoys going to concerts to see live music.

David is a physical therapist assistant who started working for NovaCare in 2020. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in human nutrition, foods, and exercise in 2010. David completed his associates degree at Northern Virginia Community College in 2020. He enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic conditions and is passionate about helping patients meet their goals and restoring their function. In his free time David enjoys running and participating in local races.

Kathrina has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2021 with clinical experience in outpatient and inpatient orthopedic surgery. Kathrina specializes in cancer rehabilitation as she is a ReVital cancer rehab certified therapist. She is passionate about balance training and reducing falls risk in older populations as she did research in backwards walking in community dwelling individuals over 65 in Center City. She graduated from University of the Sciences for both undergraduate and graduate degree in 2017 and 2021 respectively. Kathrina is a Philadelphia native and enjoys the local food scene especially desserts.

Kimberly graduated from Albright College with a bachelor's degree in psychobiology in 1996. She then continued graduate work at Jefferson University and received a bachelor's and master's degree in physical therapy in 2000. Kimberly began her physical therapy career in outpatient physical therapy for NovaCare Rehabilitation. In 2006 Kimberly began working in early intervention and homecare. She returned to NovaCare in 2016 where she is devoted to quality patient care and positive rehabilitation outcomes. Kimberly completed level I pelvic health training with Herman and Wallace in 2022.
