Our Team
Kristen Warzynski, MPT, CLT, Center Manager
Kristen graduated from Gannon University with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 1999 and a master's degree in physical therapy in 2001. She completed additional training as a certified lymphedema therapist from the Norton School of Lymphedema in 2010, ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation therapist in July 2022, and Certified LSVT BIG therapist in August 2022. Kristen has been a member of the NovaCare team since 2007 and a center manager since 2009. She enjoys working with patients to ensure success with their physical therapy programs in the center and at home.
Sheila Marsico, PTA
Sheila received an associate degree for physical therapist assistant in 2002 from Community College of Allegheny County. Sheila has practiced as a physical therapy assistant at various centers within the company since 2004. She also received an associate in specialized technology in 2004 from Median School for Orthotic and Prosthetic Technology. She is an AHA CPR/AED/First Aid instructor, a basic Pilates instructor and an Arthritis Foundation basic exercise instructor. Sheila received certification as LSVT BIG instructor in May 2022. She practiced for 24 years in Pennsylvania as a paramedic and continues to maintain certification.
Deborah Teets, Patient Service Specialist
Debbie has been a patient service specialist with NovaCare since 2013. She was promoted to senior patient service specialist in 2021. Debbie will help you work with your insurance company to verify benefits and obtain authorizations and referrals. Her goal is to proactively respond to your needs and concerns and conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to exceed expectations.
