Our Team

Tricia Patsilevas, DPT, OCS, COMT, Center Manager

Tricia is the center manager of NovaCare's Sports Medicine location in Allison Park. She is certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as an orthopedic specialist and believes in assisting all patients in achieving their highest functional level possible. Her areas of interest are sports medicine with a primary focus on runners. She is an adjunct professor at Chatham University's physical therapy program and received the Clinician-Educator Award for 2021. In 2020, she became a certified manual therapist. She is a garden steward for the Western PA Conservancy and North Side community organization.

Mark Gajtka, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Mark was born in Pittsburgh, PA and grew up in Weirton, WV. After earning a doctorate of physical therapy at the University of Pittsburgh, he traveled around the U.S. for six years obtaining hands-on training in different environments and settings. Mark has gained a wide range of experience with different diagnoses and conditions. He enjoys traveling, sports and keeping his mind, body and spirit active.

Amy Reese, Patient Service Specialist

Amy joined the NovaCare team in November 2022. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Robert Morris University and has over 30 years of experience in various accounting functions and customer service. She loves working with the patients and assisting with insurance needs, and excellent customer service is always her top priority. Amy creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and is thrilled to be part of NovaCare's Allison Park family.
