Our Team

Cindy Boff, P.T., Center Manager, LSVT BIG Certified

Cindy brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She has worked in Beaver county her entire career, starting at the Medical Center of Beaver and moving to outpatient rehabilitation in 1991. She treats in the Aliquippa center and is the market manager for 8 additional centers in the area. She holds certification in direct access and health promotions. Cindy specializes in workers' compensation and pediatrics, but enjoys treating all ages and diagnoses. Cindy also provides educational seminars on wellness and prevention in hopes of reducing musculoskeletal injuries within the community.

Karen Sheldon, Lead Patient Service Specialist

Karen has been a patient service specialist at the Aliquippa office since 1988. Karen specializes in understanding insurances and will help you work with your insurance company to verify your benefits and obtain authorizations and referrals. Her goal is to proactively respond to your needs and concerns and always conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to exceed your expectations.

Bayley Reddecliff, DPT, LSVT BIG Certified, CoreVia Pelvic Health Therapist

Bayley has been with NovaCare since 2022. She has a background in both inpatient and outpatient settings with an emphasis on stroke/CVA and orthopedics. She grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and obtained a doctorate of physical therapy from Slippery Rock University. Bayley enjoys helping patients of all kinds meet their goals, but she especially has a passion for helping the geriatric population. She enjoys hiking in the state parks and photography.

Michaela Gallagher, DPT

Michaela grew up in the Beaver Falls area and obtained her doctorate of physical therapy degree from Duquesne University. She brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. Michaela enjoys treating patients of all kinds and is excited to help patients become more functional. She likes spending her time outdoors whether hiking or taking her dogs on walks. She loves winding down with a good book at the end of the day.

Kristen Petitto, PTA

Kristen joined the NovaCare team in 2020 as a physical therapist assistant, bringing over 20 years of past experience in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation. She was born in South-Central PA and resided in Colorado for 10 years where she met her husband. They have been in the Western PA region since 2010.

Susan Mahoney, PTA, Patient Service Specialist

Suzi has worked in the medical field for more than 24 years, with the latter part of her career working as a physical therapist assistant in an outpatient setting. Though she primarily saw and treated orthopedic and sports medicine patients, she worked in a rural area and was able to treat patients ages newborn to 100+ years of age with many diagnoses, illnesses and injuries. Suzi is also working as a patient service specialist, assisting patients in understanding their insurances and greeting patients each day with a smiling face.
