Our Team

Tim Shanor, MSPT, OCS, CSCS

Tim earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 1998 from Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in physical therapy in 2002 from Walsh University. Tim earned certification as a certified strength and conditioning specialist in 1999 and became board certified as an orthopedic specialist in 2009 by the American physical therapy association. Tim served as an assistant physical therapist for The Lake Erie Monsters and has completed numerous continuing education courses. Tim has achieved success in the treatment of knee, foot and ankle injuries with orthotic management, work health and shoulder pathology.

David Hardwick, P.T., DPT

Dave earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2012 from Walsh University. While at Walsh, he was recognized for his work as lead author for a systemic review published in Physical Therapy Reviews titled "Outcomes of Strengthening Approaches in the Treatment of Low-Grade Spondylolisthesis." David completed the orthopedic physical therapy residency program in 2013 and is an orthopedic certified specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. David also holds certifications from The American Institute of Balance for vestibular rehabilitation and Functional Movement Systems for functional movement screens.

Joseph Najdovski, P.T., DPT, OCS

Joe earned his bachelor's degree in health sciences from the University of Cincinnati in 2016. He went on to earn his doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Cincinnati in May of 2019. Joe passed his orthopedic certified specialist (OCS) examination in March of 2022. Joe joined the NovaCare Rehabilitation team in July of 2019 and in December of 2019 Joe was accepted into NovaCare's orthopedic physical therapy residency program for Northeast Ohio completing his program in December of 2021. Following his residency program and OCS, Joe is considered an orthopedic specialist through the American board of physical therapy specialties section of the American physical therapy association.
