Monroe

Kelly has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2008, with 14 years of clinical experience. She has always worked in the outpatient setting with an APTA board certification in orthopedics. Kelly also specializes in treating patients who benefit from vestibular rehabilitation, workers compensation injuries and sports medicine services. Kelly completed her undergraduate education at Bowling Green State University and received a master's of physical therapy from University of Toledo. She also has certification/training in dry needling. Kelly and her husband just welcomed their first child, Zoey Annabelle in April of 2022.

Heidi has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2010, with 23 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient, inpatient and nursing home settings throughout her career and has experience with a wide range of injuries. Heidi specializes in treating patients who benefit from workers compensation rehabilitation, gait/balance training, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. She utilizes point stimulation, cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue massage to help patients with pain management. Heidi completed her education at the University of Cincinnati and received an associates degree. Her husband and her and have two children and enjoy hiking and going to Walt Disney World in their free time.
