Our Team
Tracy Augustine, OTR/L, CHT, CKTP
Tracy is an accomplished occupational therapist and certified hand therapist with more than 25 years of exceptional patient care to her credit. Tracy has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of screening, evaluation and treatment of upper extremity and is especially proficient in the rehabilitation of fractures, tendon and ligamentous injuries and overuse conditions. Tracy is skilled in advanced splinting techniques and kinesio taping and is a continuing education presenter. She is an advocate and collaborator with patient to find the best fit while designing innovative treatment plans that ensure results.
