Our Team

Sean Brown, P.T.

Sean has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2005, with 17 years of clinical experience. He has worked in the outpatient setting specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and lymphedema management, post-offer employment testing and functional capacity evaluations. Sean completed his undergraduate education at Bowling Green State University and received a master's degree in physical therapy from The Ohio State University. He also has certification in dry needling. Sean enjoys playing golf, traveling and cooking.

James Donner, P.T., DPT

James has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2020 He has worked in the outpatient setting specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and performs musculoskeletal screens for post-offer employment testing. James completed his undergraduate education and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Findlay University. James is continuing his education for vestibular rehabilitation and dry needling certification. James enjoys playing golf and watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Ashley Zinn, PTA

Ashley has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2008, with 14 years of clinical experience and has been a site supervisor for the Grove City North center since 2021. She has worked in the outpatient setting specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, treatment for lymphedema management, TMJ and vestibular rehabilitation. She is a WorkStrategies Program super champion and mentor for new champions. Ashley is trained in post-offer employment testing and onsite services. Ashley enjoys music, traveling and spending time with her dog, Luca.

Heather Blankenship, Patient Service Specialist

Heather has been a patient service specialist since 2021, with previous experience in an outpatient setting. Heather has previous education in the health care field. Heather has a daughter named Aubrianna and a son named Jax. She enjoys relaxing with wine and puzzles.

Elizabeth Thimmes, PTA

Elizabeth has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2016. Following an educational rotation at Nationwide Children's Hospital, treating a younger population to return to playing sports such as basketball, football, baseball and softball, she has worked in the outpatient setting over the course of her career. Elizabeth also has experience with concussion rehabilitation as well as managing injured workers to return to work safely.

Elizabeth earned her associate degree from Zane State University in 2016 and her bachelor's degree in healthcare management from Franklin University in 2020.

Hand Therapy
