Elijah Eby, P.T., DPT

Elijah earned an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant in 2011 from Sinclair Community College, a bachelor's degree in human fitness and performance in 2017 from he University of Houston-Clear Lake and doctorate of physical therapy in 2020 at Baylor University. Elijah has practiced in multiple settings including outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine, and owned his own center in Webster, Texas. He was the director of rehabilitation for two years in skilled nursing and long-term care and worked in home health. Elijah believes in treating the patient, not the diagnosis, and that each person is unique. He believes patient education and perspective is essential to developing a plan of care. He uses a multi-modal approach to promote return to prior levels of function and an active lifestyle.

Linda Forsthoefel, P.T.

Linda graduated from The Ohio State University in 1989. Her special interests are pediatrics, orthopedics and aquatics. I enjoy working with all ages from newborns to 105 years old. Linda's goal with each patient is to help them be the best they can be. In my free time she enjoys reading, boating and spending time with her family.

Kayla Kaiser, P.T.

Kayla brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She was born and raised in Fort Recovery, Ohio. Kayla enjoys treating patients of all ages as she treats pediatrics as well as adults.

Lynne Schlater, P.T.

Lynne brings over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist. She enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and enjoys helping patients get back to activities they enjoy after an injury or surgery. She enjoys educating patients, collaborating with physicians and learning new techniques to help every patient reach their highest level of wellness.

Hunter Rich, P.T., DPT

Hunter earned an associate degree from Edison State at the same time he graduated from high school. He attended The Ohio State University for a bachelor's degree and the University of Mount Union for a doctorate of physical therapy. Hunter feels it is important to treat the patient not only physically, but to support them mentally and emotionally. He was raised in Darke County and is excited to be back in the area serving the community he grew up in.

Betsy Klosterman, O.T.

Betsy enjoys being creative with her patients and allowing them to work towards their goals using a variety of techniques. She loves working with the pediatric population to help them learn developmental skills so that they can learn to be as independent as possible. She also works in the school setting helping the students work towards meeting their academic goals.

Mariah Schindler, O.T.

Mariah brings energy and enthusiasm to everyone she meets. She was born in Louisville, KY and moved to Minster, OH where she learned of occupational therapy and fell in love with this field. Mariah enjoys treating patients of all ages and stages and is gaining specialized experience in hand therapy and lymphedema.

Megan Bender, O.T.

Megan brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She was born and raised in Osgood, Ohio where she resides today with her husband. Megan enjoys treating patients of all kinds and ages of individuals. Megan enjoys to spend her time with friends and family.

Kristi Rambis, O.T.

Kristi has been treating patients since 1989. This provides her with an extensive background to pull from to treat her occupational therapy patients.

Emily Pepple, O.T.

Emily graduated from The Ohio State University in 2012 with a master's degree in occupational therapy. She has been employed with NovaCare since 2018, practicing in pediatric therapy, primarily in the school setting. Her favorite thing about working with children is they constantly keep your mind and body "on your toes" and their willingness to work toward goals. Emily enjoys being outdoors with family and reading.

Molly Roush, O.T.

Molly has a high level of enthusiasm and creativity when working with patients. She loves working with pediatrics and adults to help them work towards their goals.

Jena Meyer, PTA

Jena strives to make all her patients feel comfortable and well attended to. Jena enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses. She likes to be relatable to her patients, bringing forth both personal and professional experiences and knowledge.

Jamie McEldowney, PTA

Jamie brings a thorough approach to all the patients she treats. Jamie takes a special interest in soft tissue mobilization and working with orthopedic conditions. In her spare time, she enjoys camping and motorcycle rides with her husband.

Amy Shellhaas, PTA

Amy assists with our school contracts treating students from preschool age to 12th grade and has a special interest in sports injuries. She has been married to her husband, Steve, for 24 years and they have three sons. During her spare time she enjoys being on the water, especially boating and wake surfing. She is also a paper crafter, enjoys track and field events, hunting and the outdoors.

Madison Winner, PTA

Madison is physical therapist assistant in Greenville, OH. She is passionate about helping all of her patients reach toward their goals no matter how big or small. She enjoys getting to know each person's story.
