Our Team

Cheryl Reinhart, P.T., DPT

Cheryl earned a bachelor's degree in applied science from Bowling Green State University and a doctorate of physical therapy from The Ohio State University in 2008. She works in the outpatient setting specializing in orthopedic conditions. She is a member of the lower extremity advisory group and also has a special interest in shoulder conditions. She is a member of the bone health group as well. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children.

Lauryn Rice, P.T., DPT

Lauryn has been a part of the NovaCare team since 2019, with 8 years of clinical experience. Her focus has been in outpatient orthopedics. Lauryn specializes in treating patients who benefit from gait and balance training, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine. Lauryn completed her undergraduate education at Bowling Green State University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Dayton. Lauryn and her husband have three young children and enjoy cheering on the Buckeyes, and going to sporting events in their free time!

Robin Craver, Senior Patient Service Specialist

Robin has been a member of the team since September 2018. She brings more than 30 years of customer service, management and training experience. Robin was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She is a mother of two humans, two pugs, two cats and Grammy to one beautiful granddaughter. She enjoys gathering with family, spoiling her granddaughter, playing board games, jigsaw puzzles, helping others and enjoying life to its fullest.

Jeff Tangeman, P.T., MPT

Jeff has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2019, with more than 20 years of clinical experience. He has worked in the outpatient and home health settings. Jeff specializes in treating patients who benefit from gait training, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. Jeff is a member of NovaCare's lower extremity advisory group and enjoys treating foot and ankle injuries. Jeff completed his undergraduate education at Bowling Green State University and received a master's degree in physical therapy from University of Findlay. He and his wife have two children and enjoy playing board games as a family. Jeff is a huge Columbus Blue Jackets and Ohio State Buckeye fan.

Maria Martanovic, PTA

Maria has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist assistant for 21 years. She has experience in acute care, but has spent the majority of her years in the outpatient setting. Maria enjoys treating patients who will benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, gait/balance training and Parkinson's rehabilitation. Maria graduated from Central Ohio Technical College for her associate's degree in applied science and has also recently pursued a bachelor's degree in health science. Her free time is spent with her family and friends.

Angela Shaffer, Patient Service Specialist

Angela has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since July 2022, with 20 years of customer service experience. Angela grew up in Newark, Ohio and has two boys and had two Jack Russell's for 14 years.

Christine Cannon, P.T.

Christine has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2019, with 28 years of clinical experience, and 25 of those years in the Gahanna Community. She has worked in the outpatient, inpatient and home health settings. Christine specializes in treating patients who benefit from oncology rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, gait training following amputation, balance training, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. Christine completed her undergraduate education at Hiram College and received a master's of physical therapy from University of Pittsburgh. She and her husband have three children and enjoy exploring parks, Cleveland Guardians baseball, gardening and spending time with family in their free time.
