Our Team

Marla Hill, PTA

Marla joined NovaCare in 2015. She received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Miami University is 2013. She then attended Zane State Community College and became a licensed physical therapist assistant in 2015. Marla has a passion for working with athletic injuries and post-surgical recovery, especially hips and knees. She has been an APTA credentialed clinical instructor since 2016 and has successfully mentored over 10 students. She has specialized education on TMD treatments, MET (muscle energy techniques) and IASTM techniques such as cupping and Hawk Grip tools. In her free time, she enjoys bowling in leagues, volunteering for Buddy Ball and being out in nature to hike or jog.

Laura Davis, Patient Service Specialist

Laura has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2019. She has worked in the outpatient setting. Laura completed her undergraduate education at Denison University and received a master's degree in counselor education from University of Dayton. She is an equestrian and spends time off work training horses.

Jeff Tangeman, P.T., DPT

Jeff has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2019, with more than 20 years of clinical experience. He has worked in the outpatient and home health settings. Jeff specializes in treating patients who benefit from gait training, orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services. Jeff is a member of NovaCare's lower extremity advisory group and enjoys treating foot and ankle injuries. Jeff completed his undergraduate education at Bowling Green State University and master's degree in physical therapy from University of Findlay. He and his wife have two children and enjoy playing board games as a family. Jeff is a Columbus Blue Jackets and Ohio State Buckeye fan.

Katie Dragt, P.T., DPT, ATC

Katie joined the NovaCare Rehabilitation team in 2018. She completed her undergraduate education at Marietta College with a dual degree in athletic training and health sciences. While at Marietta College, she also enjoyed playing on the varsity soccer team. Kathie earned a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Northeastern University. She has worked in an outpatient setting since 2017 and has completed various continuing education courses for vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ treatment, post-concussive syndrome, COVID-19 recovery and dry needling. Katie and her husband have one child and two dogs. They enjoy any outdoor activity-camping, hiking, skiing and boating.
