Our Team
Kevin Grady, DPT
Kevin specializes in treatment of spine conditions, shoulder and knee issues, traumatic injuries and has advanced training in therapeutic taping and dry needling. Kevin has spent his entire professional career in outpatient physical therapy working with a wide variety of people with different orthopedic conditions. Throughout his career, Kevin has worked closely with several orthopedic surgeons to improve his treatment and understanding of surgical techniques. Kevin finished his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Lauda, and received his master's degree from the College of Mount Saint Joseph. He went on to earn his doctorate of physical therapy from Arcadia University.
Zachary Palmer, DPT
Zach specializes in orthopedic and workers compensation rehabilitation. He graduated with his doctorate from Mount St. Joseph University and has 1 year of experience as a licensed clinician, working in both outpatient and inpatient settings with all ages. He has extensive knowledge in treating a wide variety of neuromuscular/musculoskeletal diagnosis, with a passion for helping others reach their goals in order to improve their quality of life. He lives an active lifestyle, plays soccer year round and enjoys cheering the Bengals to victory!
Rebekah Gladden, MSOT, OTR/L
Rebekah specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, as well as cognitive rehabilitation and functional capacity evaluations. Rebekah has spent time with multiple hand surgeons and specialists to fine tune her individualized patient care. She graduated from Milligan University with her master's degree in occupational therapy and is currently working on gaining the titles of certified hand therapist and ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation specialist.
AnneMarie Mason, PTA
AnneMarie is a graduate of Marion Technical College and has been a physical therapist assistant for 5 years. She has worked in a variety of rehab settings including skilled nursing and acute care which has provided her with valuable experience in treating neurological disorders. She enjoys working with clients from all ages and has a passion for helping people get back to enjoying a pain-free life. She hopes that her clients will be able to participate in any and all activities they find joy in, such as biking, swimming, sports and even picking up those grandkids! She encourages her clients to take pride in each and every small win on the way to recovery.
Brandy Vinson, ATC
Brandy is a Cincinnati native and graduate of Miami University of Ohio. She was a graduate assistant at Cumberland College. Brandy has been an athletic trainer since 2006 and provides service for her alma mater, Mount Healthy High School, and assists in the Forest Park center.

NovaCare Rehabilitation is offering TeleHealth/TeleRehab services starting on Wednesday March 25th.

We will have 18 physical therapists and one occupational therapist trained and ready to service your patients throughout the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Dayton areas. Depending on your patient’s condition and preference, they will be able to select telerehab services or in-person rehabilitation sessions.
Telerehab sessions are web-based using a secure, private and HIPAA compliant platform.
There are different options for you to refer for telerehab or in-person:
