Our Team

Holly Joseph, PTA

Holly is a skilled and experienced licensed physical therapist assistant. As part of an excellent team that delivers optimal care for patients through individualized plans, Holly helps the team and patients meet their goals by delivering direct and effective treatment. Having learned from and worked under over 60 physical therapists, Holly draws on a multitude of techniques to serve patients and deliver the highest quality of care. Her specialized areas include the McKenzie method, reconciling pain science and biomechanics and muscle energy for the lumbar spine and pelvis. Holly is originally from Mount Vernon and has a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University in communication. Additionally, she earned an associate's degree in physical therapy assisting technology and is a certified personal trainer.

Emily Petro, P.T., DPT, OCS, COMT

Emily graduated from the University of Kentucky's physical therapy program in 2011 and has since treated in the outpatient setting. She has been practicing for a total of 11 years and has been with the Select Medical family of brands throughout her entire career. She moved from her hometown of Louisville, KY to Columbus in 2020 when she began working for NovaCare. She is a certified orthopedic clinical specialist and has additional training in vestibular rehabilitation, trigger point dry needling, women's pelvic health, ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation and WorkStrategies assessment. She loves spending time with her husband and three children, traveling and being outdoors.

Caroline Mink, P.T., DPT

Caroline has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation since July 2023. She is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and has three younger siblings. Caroline completed her bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton, where she also played soccer for four years. She earned a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Cincinnati and gained interest in the pelvic health field. Caroline enjoys working out, cooking and spending quality time with friends and family.

Abby Huggenberger, O.T., OTR/L

Abby is a pelvic health therapist, treating all genders and adult patients across the lifespan. Abby takes pride in creating individual plans for patients that mix myofascial techniques, exercise, education and functional strategies.

Carrie Clark, Patient Service Specialist

Carrie is a mother of two who graduated from Bradford School in 1999 with an associate degree in accounting. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. Carrie's faith is important to her. She enjoys Bible Study and joined the choir at church. Carrie previously worked in an office setting for five years, then stayed home with her children for several years following. For the last 10 years, she has served as a part-time lunch lady at a local public school. Now a proud member of our team, she enjoys greeting patients and staff with a smile and assisting in the process of our patients' road to recovery.

Carrigan Hatia, O.T., OTR/L

Carrigan is a pelvic health therapist. Carrigan completed her undergraduate studies and occupational therapy doctorate training at the University of Findlay. She completed her doctoral capstone in pelvic health in Lima, Ohio, where she gained an interest and passion for pelvic health. Prior to becoming a pelvic health therapist, Carrigan was a pediatric occupational therapist in school settings. Outside of work, she enjoys a good book, time in nature and spending quality time with her friends and family.
