Our Team

Jill Gruber, P.T.

Jill is a physical therapist at NovaCare Rehabilitation's Northeast center. Jill graduated from the University of Findlay in 2002 with a master's degree in physical therapy. She also has certification from the American Institute of Balance for treating a variety of vestibular and balance problems. Jill specializes in the fabrication and fitting of orthotics and the treatment of orthopedic conditions and injuries and sports injuries. She also has advanced training in post-concussion, Parkinson's, aquatics and mobility evaluations.

Nena McKinney, PTA

Nena is a physical therapist assistant and athletic trainer at NovaCare Rehabilitation's Northeast office. Nena earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training in 2003 from Shawnee State University. Nena went on to earn an associate's degree to become a physical therapist assistant in 2009 from Clark State Community College. Nena has advanced training in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, treatment of orthopedic conditions and post-operative rehabilitation. She is also an instructor for an exercise class for people with Parkinson's disease.

Stephanie Good, P.T., DPT

Stephanie graduated from Mount St. Joseph University in 2020 with a doctorate in physical therapy. During her clinical rotations, Stephanie gained experience in the outpatient orthopedic, outpatient neuro-orthopedic and acute care settings. Stephanie is certified in treating vestibular conditions and is a ReVital certified therapist for cancer rehabilitation.

Tabitha McGrail, PTA

Tabitha graduated from Sinclair Community College in 2020 with an associate's degree in physical therapist assistant. She has a passion for outpatient physical therapy and a special interest in sports-related injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. Tabitha is also a ReVital certified therapist for cancer rehabilitation.

Kayla Sell, P.T., DPT

Kayla graduated from the University of Findlay in July 2022 with a doctorate in physical therapy. Her specialties and interests include pediatrics and adult orthopedics.

Andrea Hurtado Ocampo, P.T., Center Manager

Andrea graduated from CES University as a physical therapist in 2011. She started as a physical therapist with NovaCare Rehabilitation in June 2022, and now is center manager of the Northeast office. She is a pelvic floor therapist, treating all female floor conditions, including incontinence, pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction and pregnancy/postpartum. She continues to treat orthopedics conditions at this location as well. She has a passion for helping patients feeling their best selves through a holistic approach.

Ashley Allen, Patient Service Specialist

Ashley leads our front office as a patient service specialist. She has multiple years of experience in customer service and is growing in her new role. Ashley helps create a positive and healing environment for all patients who walk through our door by her upbeat personality and desire to help others. She enjoys playing all sorts of games, reading and meeting new people.

Ryan Christensen, Rehabilitation Aide

Ryan assists our front desk staff and clinicians as a rehabilitation aide. Ryan is entering his senior year at The Ohio State University. He is in the process of applying to post-graduate physical Therapy programs. He hopes to stay local and be accepted into Ohio State. Ryan is a fan of all Cleveland sports teams and enjoys golfing.

Gaia Guinouard-Balconi, Patient Service Specialist

Gaia is new to our Northeast location but is excited to help patients along their rehab journey. Gaia brings to our front desk over 10 years of customer experience. She enjoys gaming, crocheting and different table top games when outside of work.
