Our Team

Mary Hackworth, Patient Service Specialist

Mary has been with NovaCare since February 2023, with over 32 years of office and administrative service. She has a 17 year old daughter that attends Waverly High School and plays the clarinet and bassoon in the band. Mary and her partner (Tony) live in Waverly and have a couple cows, chickens, rabbits and soon adding quail. She also has five dogs and three cats that keep her busy. Her favorite food is Chinese; favorite color is purple; and favorite pastime is reading, painting, sewing or doing some kind of craft.

Tracy Roberts, PTA, LMT

Tracy is a graduate from Shawnee State University with a degree in physical therapy assistant. She has a background in massage therapy and been a licensed massage therapist since 2016 after graduating from Hocking College. Tracy specializes in manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation. She enjoys the outdoors and going to the gym.

Zach Gorman, P.T., DPT

Zach started with NovaCare in 2023. He attended Northwestern State University of Louisiana and received a bachelor's degree in health and exercise science in 2017. He earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2022 from the University of Mount Union. He treats orthopedic and sports medicine injuries with a special interest in neck and back pain. Zach has completed advanced coursework in orthopedic manual therapy including soft tissue mobilization and thrust joint manipulation. Zach and his wife live in southern Ohio with their daughter and dog.
