Our Team

Deborah Santiago, DPT, Center Manager

Deborah is a physical therapist at NovaCare’s Woodbury center. Deborah is skilled in the treatment of orthopaedic injures and post-surgical interventions and enjoys the challenge of rehabilitating a diverse patient population. She is committed to providing each patient with superior clinical care in a supportive, encouraging environment where the therapist-patient connection is a priority. Deborah earned a bachelor's degree from Rowan University doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Delaware.

Lowel Garcia, P.T.

Lowel is a physical therapist at NovaCare’s Woodbury clinic and treats a variety of post-operative conditions. From total knee and hip replacements, to rotator cuff repairs and back surgeries, Lowel places an emphasis on educating his patients and encouraging them to follow through with their home exercise programs. Lowel earned his degree in physical therapy in 1994 from The University of Perpetual Help in the Philippines.

Krystna Siwko, O.T., CHT

Krys is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist at NovaCare’s Woodbury clinic. A clinical veteran with more than 30 years of patient care, Krys has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of upper extremity injuries and dysfunctions. Krys received her bachelor's degree from Kean University in 1984 and became a certified hand therapist in 1995.

Taylor Mayweather, DPT

Taylor earned a doctorate in physical therapy. She has experience in the treatment of a variety of orthopaedic injuries, including rotator cuff sprains/tears, neck and low back pain and ankle sprains, in addition to post-surgical interventions like ACL reconstruction, total shoulder replacements and meniscal repair. Taylor is an energetic, warm-hearted and friendly clinician who is committed to teaching each patients the skills to take control over their rehabilitation process. Future goals for Taylor include building her expertise in orthopaedics, geriatrics and vestibular rehabilitation.

At NovaCare Rehabilitation, we offer physical and occupational therapy from the comfort and safety of your home through out telerehab program. If you are limited by travel, injury or a weakened immune system, we will virtually bring our services to you.

ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation

Cancer patients and survivors often face painful, function-limiting consequences brought on by acute treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation and/or surgery. Cancer rehabilitation can help those individuals regain strength, physical function and the independence they may have lost due to cancer or its treatment.

Hand Therapy

Hand therapy focuses on rehabilitation of the hand and upper limbs and is the merging of occupational therapy and physical therapy theory and practice. Several of our highly skilled therapists go on to become certified hand therapists and are proficient in the treatment of hand and upper extremity conditions.

For our Spanish speaking patients, NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pennsville, NJ is now offering telerehab with a Spanish speaking therapist.  We are offering  therapy from the comfort and safety of your home through our telerehab program.
