Our Team

Todd Barge, DPT

Todd is an alumnus of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey sponsored by Rutgers University where he earned a master's degree in physical therapy in 2007 and doctorate in physical therapy in 2009. He has an extensive roster of continuing education credits including sports medicine, shoulder rehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation. He is also an American Physical Therapy Association certified clinical instructor.

Camina Balmores, P.T., DPT

Camina is committed to providing excellent rehabilitative care with an envisioned quality of life for each of her patients. Viewing each person as more than just their diagnosis, she approaches each person with a listening ear for their questions or concerns and provide them evidence-based explanations and treatment plans. Camina enjoys helping to empower every individual to achieve his or her functional goals through education and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process. Camina treats a myriad of orthopedic injuries and conditions pre- and post-surgery. She has seen notable success with above and below the knee amputees in prosthetic gait training. Camina received her bachelor's degree in physiology from UCLA in 2021 and her doctorate of physical therapy from Arcadia University in 2023.

Jacklyn Yee, P.T., DPT, Cert MDT, Center Manager

Jacklyn is an accomplished member of the NovaCare team. She is proficient in the treatment of a myriad of orthopedic injuries and conditions and has noted success in the rehabilitation of shoulder strains/sprains on top of elbow, hip, knee and ankle pain, as well as Achilles tendonitis. Jackie also specializes in the treatment of the workers' compensation patient with a safe and timely return to work as her goal. Her aim is to always develop a team based approach with all patients to meet their individual physical therapy goals. Her clinical expertise is evidenced each day. Jackie received both her bachelor's degree in health science and her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of the Sciences in 2012.

ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation

Cancer patients and survivors often face painful, function-limiting consequences brought on by acute treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation and/or surgery. Cancer rehabilitation can help these individuals regain strength, physical function and the independence they may have lost due to cancer or its treatment.

Hand Therapy

Hand therapy focuses on rehabilitation of the hand and upper limbs and is the merging of occupational therapy and physical therapy theory and practice. Several of our highly skilled therapists go on to become certified hand therapists and are proficient in the treatment of hand and upper extremity condition.

For our Spanish speaking patients, NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pennsville, NJ is now offering telerehab with a Spanish speaking therapist.  We are offering  therapy from the comfort and safety of your home through our telerehab program.
