Michael Suli, O.T.

Michael is an integral part of the hand therapy team with a focus on rehabilitation excellence. As a "hands-on" therapist, Michael has notable success in the treatment of distal radius fracture, carpal tunnel syndrome, lateral and medial epicondylitis, DeQuervain's tenosynovitis and wrist sprains. With every patient encounter, he helps his patients understand the reasons why they became injured and how their actions can either correct or perpetuate the issues causing their dysfunction. On a daily basis, Michael enjoys empowering his patients to take an active role in the success of their rehabilitation journey.

Her ultimate goal is to provide all of her patients with the tools needed to achieve their physical therapy goals and participate in healthy movement patterns throughout their lifespan. Hailey places a strong emphasis on patient communication and evidence base practice, and an exceptional patient experience. She believes that knowledge of the condition, open communication, positivity and shared dedication toward the patient's goals create the most success. In addition, Hailey excels in the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sports related injuries. She is eager to build on and share her clinical knowledge with her patients as well as to provide them with the power and confidence to live happier and healthier lives. Hailey's passion for her career is evidenced every day.

Rebecca Peck, P.T., DPT

To that end, Rebecca establishes open communication and a team-based approached. She creates treatment plans that are realistic to her patients' needs and helps them to achieve real progress, promoting a sense of accomplishment. At the forefront of her practice, she seeks to empower each of her patients to take an active role in the success of their rehabilitation journey. As well as treating a spectrum of orthopedic injuries and conditions both pre- and post-surgical, Rebecca has a special interest in rehabilitating the older adult population with an emphasis on balance and fall prevention.
