Our Team

Omar Amer, P.T., DPT, Center Manager

Omar is passionate about the healing art and science of physical therapy that started when he was in high school where he became a physical therapy patient, then volunteering in the center. He soon became employed as a physical therapy aide and solidified his interest in the healing professions. Omar's interest in how physical fitness can improve function spurred his love for physical therapy. He is a dedicated and skilled clinician who uses a combination of individualized exercise programs and hands-on therapy techniques in order to help patients achieve their goals and return to their optimal level of function.

Cassidy Morris, O.T.

Cassidy believes that every patient has unique abilities and goals, requiring skilled, patient-centered treatment to assist them to return to their meaningful and valued activities. Seeing each person as more than just the diagnosis, Cassidy specializes in being an advocate and collaborator with all and is devoted to finding the "just right" fit while designing innovative treatment plans that meet the desired goals. Cassidy knows that the more a patient is encouraged, motivated and educated the better the outcome of their occupational therapy. Her noteworthy successes include the rehabilitation of hand and upper extremity injuries and conditions, arthritis care, fractures and repetitive use injuries. Cassidy treats both pre- and post-surgical patients and is adept at splinting and adaptive equipment evaluations.

ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation

Cancer patients and survivors often face painful, function-limiting consequences brought on by acute treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation and/or surgery. Cancer rehabilitation can help these individuals regain strength, physical function and the independence they may have lost due to cancer or its treatment.

Hand Therapy

Hand therapy focuses on rehabilitation of the hand and upper limbs and is the merging of occupational therapy and physical therapy theory and practice. Several of our highly skilled therapists go on to become certified hand therapists and are proficient in the treatment of hand and upper extremity condition.

For our Spanish speaking patients, NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pennsville, NJ is now offering telerehab with a Spanish speaking therapist.  We are offering  therapy from the comfort and safety of your home through our telerehab program.
