Our Team

Joanna De Santis, P.T., Center Manager

Joanna is a physical therapist with more than two decades of success stories treating patients in the outpatient and inpatient environments. Her experience encompasses a broad spectrum of orthopedic injuries including knee and hip replacements, shoulder injuries, low back and cervical pain. Joanna's true expertise is most evident in the rehabilitation of patients suffering from vestibular dysfunction and cervicogenic dizziness. She is a 1994 graduate of Daemen College. Joanna's vision is that patients should be treated with respect and as individuals, gaining a person's trust is essential to making the rehabilitative process comfortable and successful.

Michael Hughes, MSOT

Michael is skilled in the treatment of a broad spectrum of orthopedic conditions and injuries, including upper extremity fractures, peripheral nerve compressions and upper extremity tendon injuries. Michael has dedicated himself to evidence-based treatment, thoroughness and compassionate rehabilitation with respect for each individual and his commitment to this clinical and service excellence is evidenced each day. Mike's vision is building a trusting relationship with one on one interaction with the patient which is essential to a successful recovery. Michael graduated from Seton Hall University with a master's degree in occupational therapy.

Annie Kalbach, P.T., DPT

Annie is a valued member of the clinical team who treats an array of orthopedic injuries and conditions both pre- and post-surgery. She has notable success in the treatment of joint replacement, concussion, low back pain, shoulder injury and rotator cuff repair. A highly patient-focused professional, Annie's goal is to understand each patient as an individual, to learn about their specific goals, educate them and keep them active participants in their rehabilitation program. Her exceptional patient care includes comprehensive patient education, compassion and encouragement as she assists each patient to reach their goals successfully. Annie's hallmark is creating innovative programs for each patient that challenge, strengthen and restore. Her passion for her career is evidenced every day.

Stephanie Golda, P.T., DPT

Stephanie is a dedicated professional with a passion for excellence in patient care. From the moment a patient comes through the door, she is fully engaged in creating an outstanding rehabilitative experience. Stephanie specializes in being an advocate and collaborator with all and is devoted to creating innovative treatment plans that meet desired goals. Stephanie has seen notable success in the treatment of orthopedic conditions and injuries including low back pain, lumbar and cervical radiculopathy, arthritis, total joint replacements, shoulder impingement and instability and plantar fasciitis. Stephanie's vision is to provide the best possible care for her patients integrating her knowledge and expertise to personalize the plan of care to assist the patient in achieving their goals. Stephanie earned a doctorate of physical therapy at Long Island University.

Telerehab with a Spanish Speaking Therapist

For our Spanish speaking patients, NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pennsville, NJ is now offering telerehab with a Spanish speaking therapist.  We are offering  therapy from the comfort and safety of your home through our telerehab program.
