Our Team

Dave Moga, P.T., DPT

Dave was born and raised in Shoreview, then served 20 years in the U.S. Army before returning home to Minnesota to pursue his second career as a physical therapist with a degree from the University of Minnesota. He uses a balanced treatment approach of exercise, hands-on manual therapy and individualized education to help patients better understand how their body moves. Dave brings a lifetime of selfless service and teamwork to help others overcome adversity and achieve their personal goals. He enjoys woodworking, outdoor cooking, fishing and teaming up with his wife to keep up with their three young children.

Don Darling, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Don graduated from Northwestern University Medical School with a physical therapy degree in 1977. He has been board certified in orthopedic physical therapy since 1994 and a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Therapists since 1998. Don has special interests in temporomandibular dysfunction, spine, hip and shoulder pain. He has been practicing physical therapy for the past 43 years. He uses manual therapy, exercise, education and specific preventative techniques in treating patients with orthopedic injuries.

Jessika Wheeler, OTR/L, CLT

Jessika is passionate about expanding the role of rehabilitation in cancer care. She has experience with neurological conditions and is a cancer rehabilitation specialist and certified lymphedema therapist for primary and secondary lymphedema, venous disease, lipedema ad post-surgical edema. Jessika brings a compassionate, collaborative and enthusiastic approach to treatments.

Ryan Langer, DPT

Ryan earned a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Mary. Ryan uses his passion for athletics and his time as a strength and conditioning coach to provide skilled exercise interventions combined with manual therapy approaches to achieve the most optimal outcomes. Ryan also treats concussions. His favorite part of being a physical therapist is patient interactions and helping patients achieve their therapy goals.
