Lisa Laubach, P.T.
Lisa brings energy and compassion to the patients she treats. She has been with NovaCare for more than 15 years and is the center manager for the Sartell location. She enjoys treating patients of all kinds and diagnoses. Lisa has extensive training and experience in the treatment of chronic pain. She also has a special interest in yoga integration into rehabilitation programs.
Lauren Stock, DPT
Lauren is a physical therapist for NovaCare Rehabilitation. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and has special interests in orthopedic and neurological conditions. Lauren is originally from the Sartell area and is excited to start giving back to the community that she grew up in.
Angela Carlson, PTA
Angela is a long-time physical therapist assistant at our St. Cloud/Sartell office. She has extensive training in a multitude of specialties including orthopedics, pain dysfunction, work injury and craniosacral treatments.
Ashley Melbostad, OTR/L, CHT, CLT
Ashley is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist. She has several years of outpatient experience treating all types of injuries/diseases of the hand and upper extremity for all ages. She is proficient in customized splinting, wound care, joint mobilization techniques, scare remodeling, sensory re-education, edema control, activity modification, injury prevention, modalities and developing patient-specific treatment programs to increase participation in daily activities. Ashley is a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation therapist working with cancer patients and survivors.
