Rhonda has achieved success in the treatment of chronic pain and women's health. Her multi-faceted approach to treating the whole patient has proven successful in relieving pain and increasing function where others have not had success. She welcomes the challenges of the chronic pain patients, but also believes in specialized treatments for the acute patient.

Sarah brings energy and experience to the patients she treats. She enjoys treating patients of all kinds, particularly orthopedics, pediatrics and runners. Sarah is certified in NovaCare's ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program and is a certified lymphedema therapist.

Megan enjoys treating patients of all populations and has special interests in working with orthopedic and post-operative patients. She also likes the challenge of the vestibular challenged patients. She believes in teaching people how to be aware of their bodies and help them achieve their goals.

As an occupational therapist and certified lymphedema therapist, Shauna has several years of outpatient experience treating various types of injuries/diseases of the hand and upper extremity for all ages. She provides customized splinting, wound care, joint mobilization techniques, scar remodeling, sensory re-education, edema control (manual lymph drainage and short stretch bandaging), activity modification and injury prevention. She enjoys developing patient-specific treatment programs to increase people's participation in daily activities. Shauna also has experience in providing neurological and cognitive rehabilitation. Shauna is ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation and lymphedema trained and enjoys serving oncology patients. She maximizes patients' function, strength and independence during activities of daily living.

Jill brings a high level of energy and a positive approach to the patients she treats. Quality care and excellence is the ultimate goal. Jill works with all types of patients including orthopedics, lymphedema and the injured worker.

Connor earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Arcadia University. He is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for enhancing the patient's well-being through personalized rehabilitation programs. He has a deep appreciation for physical performance and utilizes exercise interventions and education to equip individuals with the tools they need to achieve their goals. Particular areas of interest for Connor include concussion rehabilitation, athletic performance and rehabilitation and neck and back pathologies.

Rachel joins the Monticello team as an occupational therapist. She specializes in the treatment of upper extremity conditions.
